Thank you for choosing Bloom District. We take great care in preparing each order with love, but we understand that unexpected issues can sometimes occur. Please review our return and refund terms below:

1. Non-Refundable Items
As our products are made fresh to order and are perishable by nature, most items—including fresh flowers, plants, and custom arrangements—are non-refundable once they have been prepared and delivered.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or not as expected, we truly apologize.
Please contact us within 1 day of delivery and include:

A clear photo of the product
Your order number
A brief description of the issue

Once we verify the issue, we will do our best to either:

Send a replacement, or
Offer a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

Please note: We may not be able to send an identical replacement, especially for seasonal or custom arrangements.

3. Wrong Address or Missed Delivery
To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check the recipient’s address.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds if:

An incorrect or incomplete address was provided
The recipient was unavailable at the time of delivery
The package was left unattended and not retrieved

4. Order Changes and Cancellations
Need to make a change or cancel your order? We’re happy to help if you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.
Requests made after this window may not be eligible for changes or refunds.
